As of November 1, 2014 the fee for a domestic or civil mediation is $65/hour per party. There is a one-hour minimum. The first hour will be billed upon scheduling your appointment and is due 24 hours prior to your first session. Time beyond the first hour is billed in 15 minute increments. Additional time is due at the conclusion of each session.
To make mediation affordable to everyone, we offer a sliding fee scale upon application, which may reduce your cost of mediation by up to 50%. For more information and application, please send an email to rebecca.h.symes@gmail.com.
After hours and weekend appointments may be billed at a higher rate. Travel outside the Wasatch front will be billed at a rate of $50/hour + $0.35/mile.
